You are alleging ‘wrongful termination’. Usually an employment letter provides for notice before termination. However Where cause exists, the contract usually allows an employer to dismiss the employee without providing any notice. So yes you may sue if the contract of your employment was breached however, for a definitive position we will have to make recourse to your letter of employment.
